- Teach Classes XI–XII according to CBSE/board curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and subject-specific teaching material.
- Conduct tests, practicals and regular assessments.
- Guide students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
- Monitor academic performance and provide additional support to students.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments and academic progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events and parent interactions.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed.
or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Previous PGT/senior secondary teaching experience preferred.
- Experience with CBSE curriculum will be an advantage.

- Coordinate the academic activities of the school.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum implementation and classroom practices.
- Monitor syllabus completion and academic progress across classes.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments and academic schedules.
- Maintain communication between management, teachers, students and parents.
- Organise teacher meetings, training sessions and academic workshops.
- Analyse student performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure academic policies and school standards are properly followed.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching/academic coordination experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school academic processes.
