About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, energetic, and well-spoken Tea Experience Host who can create a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

The Tea Experience Host will be responsible for welcoming guests, engaging them in conversations, introducing them to our teas, explaining the brand story, and creating an enjoyable tea experience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable facing people, speaking confidently, initiating conversations, and presenting information in an engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Be the friendly and confident face of Chaichun at the café/Tea Boutique.
- Engage guests in meaningful and interesting conversations.
- Introduce guests to Aman Tea Group, Chaichun, our tea collections, and our brand story.
- Explain different teas, including their origin, flavour, aroma, character, and uniqueness.
- Recommend teas based on guest preferences.
- Conduct and assist with tea-tasting and tea-presentation experiences.
- Explain brewing methods and interesting facts about tea.
- Share tea stories and cultural knowledge in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Handle guest questions confidently and professionally.
- Create a personalized experience for premium customers, tourists, VIPs, and special guests.
- Assist during events, tea tastings, corporate visits, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with the café team to ensure excellent guest service.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products, teas, menu, and brand.
- Collect guest feedback and communicate important feedback to management.
- Maintain skilled grooming, body language, and etiquette at all times.
- Represent the company and brand positively in every guest interaction.

- Able to explain products and information in an interesting and engaging way.
- Comfortable interacting with premium customers, tourists, corporate guests, and VIPs.

Education

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, Communication, or a related field.
