About the Role

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, well-spoken, and guest-focused Tea Concierge who will be responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and memorable experience for our guests.

The Tea Concierge will be the face of the brand for guests, helping them discover our teas, understanding their preferences, introducing them to our products, and sharing the story and knowledge behind our tea.

The ideal candidate should be naturally social, expressive, and comfortable interacting with people, including premium customers, tourists, corporate guests, and VIP visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and greet every guest entering the café/Tea Boutique.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and provide personalized assistance.
- Initiate conversations with guests and understand their preferences and requirements.
- Introduce guests to Chaichun, Aman Tea Group, our tea collections, and our brand story.
- Explain different varieties of tea, their origin, flavour profile, aroma, characteristics, and brewing methods.
- Recommend teas based on individual guest preferences.
- Conduct or assist with tea tasting and tea presentation sessions.
- Share interesting stories, facts, and cultural aspects of tea with guests.
- Confidently answer guest questions and provide accurate product information.
- Create a premium and personalized guest experience.
- Handle VIP guests and special visitors with excellent hospitality and etiquette.
- Assist during tea events, tastings, corporate visits, brand activations, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with the café/service team to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the company's teas, products, menu, and brand.
- Collect guest feedback and communicate relevant feedback to the management.
- Maintain professional grooming, body language, and communication at all times.




- Represent the brand positively and professionally in every guest interaction.

Freshers may also apply if they have exceptional communication skills, confidence, personality, and a strong interest in hospitality and tea.

Education

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, Communication, or a related field.
