Role Overview: We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Research Associate to support our recruitment and talent intelligence functions.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting online talent research, identifying relevant professionals, sourcing candidate information, building talent databases, and supporting recruitment teams with accurate and actionable research data.





This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy online research, working with recruitment platforms, data collection, and meeting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct talent research using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Hiringbot, and other recruitment platforms.
- Identify and shortlist relevant candidate profiles based on specific job requirements.
- Research and collect available candidate contact details, including phone numbers and email IDs.
- Build, update, and maintain accurate candidate databases.
- Perform talent mapping and market research as required.
- Meet defined research and productivity targets while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and quality.
- Verify collected information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper records using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Share researched data with recruiters and internal teams within defined timelines.
- Support the recruitment team with candidate research and sourcing activities.
- Follow company guidelines related to data accuracy, confidentiality, and responsible information handling.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Talent Research, Recruitment Research, Sourcing, Data Research, or Recruitment will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internet research and information-gathering skills.
- Comfortable working with Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily targets.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Smart proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection are mandatory.
