- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and closure targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
- Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers and understand recruitment requirements.
- Track team performance, recruitment MIS, TAT, interviews, selections, and joining ratios.
- Mentor recruiters and improve team productivity and sourcing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
- Prior experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing/RPO preferred.
