Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, and career goals.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/internal recruitment teams.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment pipelines in the ATS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist recruiters with day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Work towards recruitment targets and turnaround times.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and update candidate status.
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates looking to start their career in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment .
- Candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented setting.
- Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory .
