Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for Iklavya’s internal roles and partner organizations, in a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic or video interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.

The intern will maintain accurate candidate records, update recruitment trackers, and assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.



Additional tasks may include supporting campus outreach, helping organize assessment days, and contributing to improvements in recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination; prior internship or project experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace tools and comfort using online job portals, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking systems.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively within a quick-paced team environment, and demonstrate a learner mindset.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in youth development, skilling, or sales-focused careers and alignment with Iklavya’s mission to empower Tier 2–3 talent.
