Role Description The Senior TA (Talent Acquisition) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. This role includes partnering with business leaders to understand workforce plans, defining hiring strategies, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. The Senior TA Manager will design and optimize recruitment processes, implement employer branding initiatives, and leverage data to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.

Day-to-day tasks include managing TA team members, coordinating with hiring managers, overseeing external partners, maintaining accurate recruitment metrics,



and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations. The role also involves contributing to workforce planning, talent market insights, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition tools and practices.

- Significant experience (typically 6–10 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, including managing hiring at scale and leading a TA team.
- Proven track record in tech or consulting environments, with familiarity in hiring for technology, product, and business roles.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and social recruiting; ability to optimize recruitment tools and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
