Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined job criteria and requirements.

- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, including sending calendar invites and reminders.

- Conduct initial phone/video screenings and maintain detailed candidate feedback notes.

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS tools, and candidate databases.

- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation under supervision.

- Assist in organizing recruitment events, campus drives, and employer branding initiatives.

- Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc tasks related to hiring analytics and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- 3 - 6 months of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (internship or project-based experience is acceptable).

- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).

- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Not Mandatory but Advantageous):

- Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., keka, Pyjama HR, or similar ATS platforms).

- Experience supporting campus hiring or large-scale recruitment drives.

- Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and virtual onboarding processes.
