Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Pega applications and workflow solutions.
- Conduct requirement workshops and discussions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Pega.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Work closely with Pega developers and architects to ensure requirements are technically feasible and correctly implemented.
- Understand and document Pega Case Management, workflows, business rules, data models, and integrations.
- Review functional designs and provide clarification to development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate that delivered functionality meets business requirements.
- Support UAT, including test planning, execution, issue clarification, and defect resolution.
- Analyze production issues and coordinate with technical teams to identify appropriate solutions.
- Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a key communication bridge between business stakeholders and the Pega technical team.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience working on Pega / Pega BPM projects.
- Valuable understanding of Pega Platform, Case Management, workflows, business rules, and application functionality.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for Pega development teams.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Experience working with Pega developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong UAT and defect-management experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
