Position: Sales Manager – Hospital & Doctor Partnerships

n

This role offers an excellent prospect to build strategic partnerships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions while driving business growth across home healthcare services and medical equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and doctors.
n
- Generate business for:
n
- Home Healthcare Services
n
- Elder Care Membership Plans
n
- Medical Equipment Sales & Rentals
n
- Convert referrals into successful business opportunities.
n




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and discharge teams.
n
- Conduct presentations, awareness programs, health camps, and CME sessions.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
n
- Maintain sales pipeline, activity reports, and conversion metrics.
n

Ideal Candidate Profile

n

n
- 3–7 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or B2B/B2C Sales.
n
- Experience in hospital tie-ups, doctor engagement, or healthcare services is highly preferred.
n
- Strong network with hospitals and healthcare professionals will be an added advantage.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
