Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

n

• Own the complete lifecycle of statutory licenses and registrations across all centers (including Shops & Establishment, Trade License, Signage licenses, Labour Department registrations, Fire NOC, Lift and DG licenses etc.)

n

• Maintain and continuously update a centralized compliance and renewal tracker.

n

• Apply for licenses and approvals required for new centers and expansions.

n

• Manage renewals proactively to ensure zero compliance lapses.

n

• Coordinate with municipal bodies, fire authorities, labour departments, and other licensing authorities.

n

• Support inspections, regulatory visits, and authority interactions.

n

• Act as the first point of response for compliance with queries, notices, or inspections.

n

• Ensure statutory notices and licenses are properly displayed at operational centers.

n

• Support and oversee all labour department licenses and registrations for corporate headquarters.

n

• Partner with operations teams to ensure compliance with readiness before center launches.

n

• Track location-specific regulatory requirements and ensure documentation of readiness at all times.

Qualifications and Skills :

• 8 -10 years of experience in compliance, licensing, regulatory coordination, or operations compliance.

n

• Experience interacting with government authorities or managing statutory approvals preferred.

• Strong organizational and tracking skills with high attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.

n

• Practical problem-solver who can drive outcomes independently.

n

• Ability to coordinate across operations, HR, facilities, external relations, and external consultants.

Collaboration and communication : Proactive monitoring and collaboration with team members and internal departments are necessary to guarantee seamless operations at the centre.
