MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales coordination, business analysis, reporting, and cross-functional project management while building a strong foundation for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing and sales projects from planning through execution.

n

• Assist in market research, customer data analysis, and business reporting.

n

• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and MIS documentation.

n

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

n

• Monitor marketing activities and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

n

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.

n

• Support audits, documentation, and departmental activities.

n

• Complete Management Trainee learning and development programs successfully

n

Desired Candidate Profile

n

• MBA (Marketing) students graduating in 2026 only.

n

• Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 70% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation, and MBA).

n

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.

n

• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• MBA (Marketing) - 2026 Pass-out Batch Only.

• Minimum 70% aggregate in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and MBA.
