About the Role

n

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator to join the MyFroyoland team.

n

The ideal candidate is someone who understands visual branding, social media and short-form video and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping creative content.

n

You will be responsible for creating everything from Instagram posts, Reels and Stories to promotional campaigns, in-store creatives, posters and digital advertisements.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who is both creative and execution-oriented and can take a brief from concept to final creative with minimal supervision.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Graphic Design

n

n
- Design creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
n
- Create posters, promotional creatives, banners, menu boards, in-store communication and marketing collaterals.
n
- Develop creative concepts for new product launches, offers, festivals and brand campaigns.
n
- Maintain consistency with MyFroyoland's visual identity and brand guidelines.
n
- Create campaign assets in multiple formats and sizes for digital and offline use.
n
- Work with the marketing team to translate ideas and campaigns into strong visual communication.
n

Video & Reel Creation

n

n
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and short-form videos.
n
- Create product videos, promotional videos,



trend-based Reels and campaign content.
n
- Add transitions, text, music, sound effects, captions and motion graphics where appropriate.
n
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple pieces of social content.
n
- Keep up with current Instagram/Reel trends, formats, sounds and visual styles.
n
- Occasionally shoot simple product/store content using a phone when required.
n

Creative & Brand

n

n
- Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and content.
n
- Develop creative concepts rather than simply executing supplied designs.
n
- Understand what makes content visually appealing and engaging for a young, social-media-first audience.
n
- Experiment with new design styles, formats and content ideas while maintaining the MyFroyoland brand identity.
n
- Work closely with the marketing and social media team to plan weekly content.
n

Skills Required

n

n
- Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
n
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media design.
n
- Strong short-form video editing skills.
n
- Ability to create engaging Reels rather than only basic video cuts.
n




- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple creatives and deadlines.
n
- Valuable understanding of current social media trends.
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.
n
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
n

Software Skills

n

Strong proficiency in at least some of the following:

- Adobe Photoshop
n
- Adobe Illustrator
n
- Adobe Premiere Pro
n
- After Effects
n
- Canva
n
- CapCut or similar video-editing software
n

n

Preferred Experience

n

Experience in F&B;, QSR, cafés, restaurants, dessert brands, fashion, lifestyle or other consumer brands will be an advantage.

n

Experience creating content specifically for Instagram/Reels is highly preferred.

n
