Company Description
Webxlr8 is a tech agency delivering web, hosting, and digital solutions for growing
businesses. We build our own products too including VooReach, our in-house LinkedIn
lead generation tool and we’re looking for a driven Sales Intern to help us grow our client
base.

What You’ll Do
Identify and research prospective clients who fit our ideal customer profile (industry, size, need for web/tech services)
Run outbound campaigns using VooReach, our LinkedIn outreach tool, along with email and other channels
Write and personalize outreach messages that start real conversations
Follow up consistently with prospects and keep the pipeline organized in our tracker/CRM
Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the founding team
Share what’s working — report weekly on outreach numbers, replies, and learnings

What We’re Looking For
Strong written English — clear, friendly, persuasive messaging
Comfortable on LinkedIn and eager to learn outreach tools (we’ll train you on VooReach)
Self-driven and consistent — outbound sales rewards daily discipline




Organized: you can track hundreds of prospects without dropping follow-ups
Bonus: basic understanding of websites, hosting, or digital services (helps you talk to clients)
Students, recent graduates, or anyone starting a career in sales/business development are welcome
