Role Description

n

This is a 6 months internship with potential consideration for future full time opportunities based on performance on-site internship role for an Electronics & Assembly Intern at our facility in Ettimadai Coimbatore. The intern will be responsible for assisting in assembling electronic components, troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining documentation, and supporting product testing. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing circuit designs, understanding electronic components, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure quality and efficiency in product assembly. The role provides hands-on experience in electronics and electrical engineering in the healthcare innovation field.

Responsibilities:

n

Assist in electronic and mechanical assembly of products and prototypes.

n

Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and cable harnessing activities.

n

Support PCB assembly, inspection, and testing.

n

Conduct basic troubleshooting and fault identification.

n

Maintain assembly and testing records.

n

Follow quality standards and safety procedures.

n

Collaborate with engineers during product development and validation.

n

Eligibility

n

Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech students/graduates in:

n

Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation & Related disciplines

n

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

n

Preferred Skills:

n

Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits.

n

Familiarity with soldering and electronic assembly tools.

n

Ability to use basic measuring instruments such as multimeters.

n

Good learning attitude and attention to detail.

n

Willingness to work in a hands-on workshop/production environment.

n

Stipend: Rs.10000/- per month and Accomodation from company.

n

Location: KSUM Fab lab, Palakkad, Kerala.
