Role : Pre-Sales Executive – Luxury Home Interiors

About the Role

n

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients.

n

You will engage with premium and high-value customers, understand their requirements, qualify enquiries and create opportunities for our Sales & Design team.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Speak with customers enquiring about luxury home interiors.
n
- Understand their requirements, budget and project timeline.
n
- Identify genuine and high-potential prospects.
n
- Follow up with customers and build relationships.
n
- Schedule showroom visits and design consultations.
n
- Introduce our premium interior solutions and brand experience.
n
- Handle customer questions and initial objections professionally.
n
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales & Design team.
n
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
n

Who We're Looking for

n

n
- 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Engagement.




n
- Real Estate Pre-Sales experience is highly preferred.
n
- Experience in luxury interiors, real estate, furniture or premium retail is an advantage.
n
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Confident and comfortable interacting with high-value customers.
n
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
n
- Presentable, professional and customer-focused.
n
