Required Skill set

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET
n
- (Core/Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs.
n
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
n
- Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
n
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
n
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps is a plus.

- Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibility

- Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-deployment support.

- Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers,



QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
n
- Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines.
n
- Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.
n
- Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
n
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.
n
- Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.
n
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
n
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization,and best engineering practices across teams.
