We're Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Telecaller)

n

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Office-Based)

n

Experience: 1–3 Years

n

CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹5 LPA

n

Working Days: Monday to Friday

n

n

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

n

A leading digital learning and education-focused organization is looking for enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to guide prospective learners through online certification and executive education programmes.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads

n

• Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals

n

• Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcomes

n

• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrolments

n

• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets

n

• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking

n

• Handle learner queries and objections professionally

n

• Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, demos, and onboarding activities

n

• Be available for learner interactions on weekends when required

n

Requirements:

n

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

n

• Excellent communication skills in English

n

• Proficiency in Hindi,



or any regional language is an advantage

n

• Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills

n

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM platforms

n

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

n

• Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply

n

• EdTech or Online Learning Industry
