Healthcare Quality Manager

Lifetime Health Care Plus is digital first healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're looking for a Healthcare Quality Manager to lead clinical quality, patient safety, and accreditation readiness for our operations.

What you will do

n

• Build and run the clinical quality management system across nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving service lines.

n

• Lead incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and CAPA (corrective and preventive action) closure.

n

• Own NABH (or equivalent) accreditation readiness — documentation, SOPs, internal audits.

n

• Conduct clinical audits and field spot-checks for protocol adherence.

n

• Track quality KPIs (incident rates,



audit scores, complaint resolution) and report to leadership.

n

• Manage infection control, biomedical waste, and protected storage/handling protocols for home-care settings.

n

• Ensure staff credentialing and mandatory certifications stay current and audit-ready.

n

What we are looking for

n

• 5-8 years in healthcare quality, clinical governance, or accreditation (NABH/NABL) roles.

n

• Hands-on experience with incident investigation and CAPA processes.

n

• Working knowledge of NABH standards and statutory healthcare compliance.

n

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
