We're seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in a remote, full-time capacity. This is a consultative sales role where you'll act as both a trusted career adviser and a skilled closer, helping individuals make life-changing decisions about their professional development.





Conduct targeted calling campaigns and email marketing to engage prospective students
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to enrollment and conversion
1-2 years of sales experience in the EdTech sector, particularly selling courses, bootcamps, or training programmes
~ Understanding of data analysis, digital marketing, or professional development sectors
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
~ Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals
~ Experience using CRM platforms to track leads and manage customer relationships
