n Key Responsibilities
n  Plan and deploy machinery as per project requirements.
n  Ensure equipment availability, utilization, and timely maintenance.
n  Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
n  Monitor equipment downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
n  Coordinate equipment hiring, vendors, OEMs, and service providers.
n  Maintain equipment records, statutory documents, and inspection schedules.
n  Ensure safe operation and compliance with statutory requirements.
n  Support equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
n  Lead plant & machinery teams and drive cost and productivity improvements.
n Qualification & Skills
n  Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering
n  Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills
n  Real Estate experience is mandatory
