Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution
n
• Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and scope
n
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and execution plans
n
• Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure alignment with project targets
n
• Identify execution risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
n
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
n
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
n
• Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and site execution teams
n
• Conduct regular review meetings and progress discussions
n
• Ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders
n
Resource & Team Management
n
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectively
n
• Lead and guide site teams, engineers, and contractors
n
• Monitor team productivity and ensure efficient utilization
n
• Mentor junior engineers and build a performance-driven team workplace
n
Project Monitoring & Control
n
• Track planned vs actual progress and highlight deviations
n
• Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and client updates
n
• Manage project budgets and cost control at execution level
n
• Handle scope changes and variation management
n
Quality & Safety Management
n
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
n
• Monitor execution to minimize rework and errors
n
• Enforce safety practices and compliance at site
n
Issue Resolution & Decision-Making
n
• Identify and resolve site-level challenges and bottlenecks
n
• Take timely decisions under pressure to avoid project delays
n
• Escalate critical issues with proper mitigation plans
