Responsibilities

- Incorporation of Recent Companies
n
- Preparation and Maintenance of various Statutory Registers required under the Companies Act
n
- To conduct Board and General Meetings of companies and pre and post compliances
n
- To handle event-based compliances, like:Name Change, Object Change, Multiple changes in directorship.
n
- Shifting of Registered office.
n
- Increase in Share Capital.
n
- Issuance, stamping and Transfer of share certificate
n
- Documentation and necessary approval for Registration & Satisfaction of Charges.
n
- Compliances for Appointment and Removal of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP)
and Statutory Auditor of the Company
n
- Assisted in XBRL filling, financial tagging, conversion and uploading on MCA portal.
n
- Memorandum and Articles of Association of Companies
n
- Notice and Agenda of Board and General Meetings
n
- Minutes of Board and General Meetings.
n
- Directors' Report
n
- Annual Report
n
- Resolutions, under the respective Laws.
n
- Opinions with respect to compliances of Companies Act, 2013
n
- Prepared check list for various compliances under the various Laws.
n
- Other regular secretarial compliances. Liaison:
n
- Co-ordination with Statutory bodies like: Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs & other Statutory Authorities and with Bankers/FIs related to the Company
n

Qualifications
n
5-7+ years of experience Post Qualification (Consulting / CA firm/ Shared Services )
