Role Description

n

This is a full time on-site role for an Associate located in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to auditing, taxation, accounting, and consultancy.

n

Job Profile:

n

GST

n

• Reviewing periodic GST Returns of various clients prepared by the subordinate

n

• Liasoning with Subordinates to ensure collation & filing of periodic returns of all the clients on a regular basis

n

• Preparation, Review & Finalisation of GST reconciliation statements on periodic basis

n

• Preparation of GST Annual returns & GST Audit report

n

GST Audit/Assessment & Refund

n





• Preparation of Submissions to be made before GST authorities

n

• Preparation & filing of Application for GST refund

n

• Attending proceedings from time to time

n

Assurance

n

n
- Handle Statutory Audit and Internal Audit of Corporate Clients.
n
- Preparation and Review of Tax Audit of the Companies.
n
- Review of Risk Control Matrix in order to provide opinion on ICFR of the Company.
n

n

Other requirements

n

• Proficiency in excel with adequate knowledge of various formulae and features like VLookup, IF, IFAND, Pivot etc.

n

• Communicating and submitting necessary documents with various authorities and clients.

n

• All other tasks as delegated from time to time.

n

What we are looking for in a candidate:

- Knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Quickbooks, etc.
n
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
n
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience with auditing, taxation, and accounting practices is a plus
n
