Role : Supply Chain Manager

Location : Bangalore(Hybrid)

Specific responsibilities include:

- Develop a deep understanding of client industries, business operations, and complex supply chain challenges.
- Identify and resolve complex data and project-related issues to ensure solution review, acceptance, and project success.
- Guide/lead team members on best practices on Tableau, Power BI, SQL, KNIME, Alteryx, or similar tools to derive analytical insights and visualize large data sets.
- Lead and take primary ownership of supply chain modeling by designing and building optimization models using Optilogic, Llamasoft, Lyric Studio, Blue Yonder, AIMMS, O9 Solutions, or similar tools.
- Oversee and review the development of comprehensive output reports and strategic analyses based on optimization scenario outputs.
- Lead the design, development, and integration of material for executive client presentations, and act as the primary lead during project delivery interactions and meetings.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Continuously strengthen problem-solving, analytical, and consulting leadership skills.
- Support marketing initiatives (blogs, success stories, thought leadership), business development efforts, and talent acquisition activities.

QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will:

- Hold a Bachelor’s, MBA or Master’s degree (or equivalent)



preferably from a leading institution in Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 4–5 years of experience leading and supporting Supply Chain Design, Simulation, Inventory Optimization, Logistics Optimization, and Planning projects.
- Demonstrated capability and hands-on expertise in leading on at least one major supply chain optimization platform such as Optilogic (Cosmic Frog), Lyric (Lyric Studio), LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Blue Yonder Solutions, AIMMS (SC Navigator), O9 Solutions, or similar modeling tools, supporting Network Design, Inventory Optimization, and similar consulting engagements
- Should be able to lead data analytics using tools/packages such as SQL, Excel, Alteryx, R, SPSS, and Python, along with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Client management experience and team management experience, with demonstrated ability to direct, mentor, and supervise team members on project deliverables.
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Demonstrate solid analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks, priorities, and project workstreams simultaneously while delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
