– Student Care Executive /n Department: Office of Student Affairs /n Job Purpose /n To support the Office of Student Affairs in maintaining student discipline, safety, welfare, and a conducive campus setting through regular monitoring, coordination, documentation, and timely reporting. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Monitor student discipline, dress code, behaviour, and compliance with institutional rules.

/n

- Conduct regular campus and academic-area rounds, including monitoring during break/free hours.

/n

- Monitor student activities through CCTV and report any concerns to the concerned authorities.

/n

- Monitor adherence to break timings, classroom attendance, mobile phone usage, and other student-related regulations.

/n

- Identify and report incidents involving misconduct, conflicts, or safety concerns and assist in disciplinary enquiries.

/n

- Maintain discipline-related records and update the designated database.

/n

- Prepare reports related to student disciplinary matters and submit them to the Dean – Student Affairs.

/n





- Monitor and report faculty absence or other academic-area concerns observed during rounds.

/n

- Coordinate student and staff ID card preparation, issuance of temporary IDs, tags, and holders.

/n

- Raise and follow up on service requests related to cleanliness, maintenance, and campus facilities.

/n

- Coordinate with HODs, faculty, administrative staff, security, and other stakeholders on student-related matters.

/n

- Execute instructions issued by the Dean – Student Affairs and other competent authorities.
