Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding course details & admissions
- Handle incoming inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Counsel students about available courses, fees, career scope & benefits
- Maintain daily call records, follow-up lists, and enquiry reports
- Schedule counseling appointments and assist during walk-ins
- Guide students through the admission process and documentation
- Achieve monthly inquiry conversion targets
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team

Skills & Requirements:
- Valuable communication in English, Hindi & Assamese
- Confident voice and polite phone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally
- Prior experience in counseling or telecalling preferred

- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
