Job Title: Structural Draftsman / CAD Technician /n Location: Gujarat (Preferred) /n Experience: 2-5 Years /n : /n We are looking for a detail-oriented Structural Draftsman / CAD Technician with expertise in structural design and drafting. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting engineering or architectural firms, with a preference for industrial projects, including steel/PEB construction. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
- Prepare detailed structural drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) documents in coordination with architects and engineers.
/n
- Work closely with architectural teams to understand design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
/n
- Ensure seamless internal coordination between structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines at the schematic level.
/n
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp proficiently.
Experience with additional graphic software is a plus.
/n
- Ensure compliance with applicable town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR).
/n
- Assist in the preparation of client presentation materials and project documentation.
/n
- Maintain accuracy in detailing, material specifications, and construction processes.
/n
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet project deliverables within deadlines.
/n /n Skills & Qualifications: /n /n
- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
/n
- 2-5 years of experience in structural design and drafting within consulting engineering or architectural firms.
/n
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
/n
- Experience with industrial projects, including steel/PEB construction, will be an added advantage.
/n
- Understanding of building construction elements, materials, and structural detailing.
/n
- Familiarity with town planning regulations and development control guidelines.
/n
- Robust teamwork and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
