Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Sales Manager role based in Kolkata.

The Store Sales

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including supervising sales staff, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring the sales floor is well organized and presentable.

Responsibilities include driving sales performance, meeting revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and resolving service issues promptly and professionally. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with purchasing or management on stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate billing and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications
