Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the factory store, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of material
- s.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system record
- s.Plan and coordinate dispatches as per customer schedules and production prioritie
- s.Verify quantities, quality, and documentation before dispatc
- h.Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, packing lists, transport documents, and gate passe
- s.Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch executio
- n.Monitor inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, tools, and accessorie
- s.Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and preservatio
- n.Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in monthly and annual inventory audit
- s.Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicabl
- e.Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth material flo
- w.Ensure proper loading and unloading practices to prevent material damag
- e.Maintain housekeeping, safety, and organization within the store and dispatch are




- a.Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages, slow-moving items, and reorder requirement
- s.Lead and supervise store assistants, loaders, and dispatch personnel.

Required Skills

- llsGood knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- ns.Experience in dispatch planning and logistics coordination
- on.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems
- ms.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- .Leadership skills with the ability to supervise shop-floor staff
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline prefered
- Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics will be an added advant
- age.2–5 years of experience in factory stores, warehouse operations, inventory management, or dispatch
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related industries will be preferred
