Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage the daily activities of the store, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording inventory. The candidate will ensure that all materials are properly maintained and that accurate stock records are available at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store activities and maintain proper organization of stock.
- Receive materials and verify quantities against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Check materials for quantity, quality, and visible damage at the time of receipt.
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Issue materials to departments against approved requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records using MS Excel or relevant software.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the concerned person.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain records of damaged, expired, excess, or missing stock.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.




- Ensure proper documentation of material receipts and issues.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding their material requirements.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and secure.
- Assist during monthly and periodic stock audits.
- Minimize wastage, damage, and unnecessary consumption of materials.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, or materials handling.
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or casino stores will be preferred.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records.
- Good numerical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable.
- Ability to handle physical stock and work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in hotel, casino, F&B;, or hospitality stores will be preferred.

Candidates from Goa or willing to relocate to Goa are preferred.
