- Maintain and update Daily Stock Report and order for the less quantity material.
- Mail daily stock report to reporting authority.
- Order everything which is necessary for the workshop by preparing the PO ( Purchase Order ) and fulfill the workshop need.
- Maintain the stock of gas bottle ( Oxygen,Co2,LPG,Argon) etc.
- Responsible for maintain every item like power tools, Oil, Cotton waste, Bearing,Kerosin,tools,cutter,tap set,Machine Maintenance Items,Cutter reparing,Instruments repairing etc.
- Call Electrician, Plumber as and when needed for the company’s workshop.
- Ready to go out side for any work of the company. 8.
Maintain First
Aid kit in the store. 9.
Taking Goods Received
Note (GRN) and making entry in SAP & ERP Systems.
- Maintain store as per 5’s concept, Record keeping & Filling.
