About the Role

Abhikalpan Construction Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Store & Dispatch Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of the factory store, inventory, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate inventory management, timely dispatch of materials, proper documentation, and smooth coordination between production, purchase, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the factory store, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Plan and coordinate dispatches as per customer schedules and production priorities.
- Verify quantities, quality, and documentation before dispatch.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, packing lists, transport documents, and gate passes.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch execution.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, tools, and accessories.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and preservation.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in monthly and annual inventory audits.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.




- Ensure proper loading and unloading practices to prevent material damage.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and organization within the store and dispatch area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages, slow-moving items, and reorder requirements.
- Lead and supervise store assistants, loaders, and dispatch personnel.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience in dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Robust organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise shop-floor staff.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in factory stores, warehouse operations, inventory management, or dispatch.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related industries will be preferred.
