We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process at our Pune location. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service in a rapid-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls for international clients professionally and efficiently
n
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
n
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
n
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters
n
- Document customer interactions appropriately
n
n
Eligibility Criteria:
n
n
- Undergraduate/Graduate freshers are eligible to apply
n
- Graduates with experience in International Voice / BPO domain are also welcome
n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
n
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
n
n
Work Schedule:
n
n
- 5 days working
n
- 2 rotational weekly offs
n
- Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
n
