Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Nutritionist to lead the delivery of our online nutrition consultation practice. This is an on-site position based at our Pune office in Koregaon Park. Client consultations are conducted virtually with individuals across the Globe.

The successful candidate will manage an active client caseload, set clinical and service standards for the nutrition function, and mentor a growing team of junior practitioners. This role suits a practitioner ready to move beyond individual practice into shaping how nutrition care is delivered at scale.

Key responsibilities

Client care

n

- Conduct comprehensive one-to-one video consultations, including dietary assessment, goal-setting, and structured follow-up
n
- Develop individualised nutrition plans tailored to clients' dietary patterns, medical history, lifestyle, and cultural preferences
n
- Monitor client progress against defined outcome measures and adjust interventions accordingly
n
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records in line with professional and organisational standards
n

Practice leadership

n

n
- Establish and maintain clinical protocols, intake procedures, and quality assurance processes across the nutrition team
n
- Supervise and mentor junior nutritionists through case reviews, consultation observation, and structured feedback
n
- Ensure all guidance provided is current, evidence-based, and appropriately referenced
n

Programme and content delivery

- Design and lead group sessions, webinars, and client education programmes
n




- Contribute subject-matter expertise to product development, content, and service design initiatives
n
- Collaborate with coaching, product, and marketing teams to strengthen the overall client experience
n

Qualifications and experience

n

Essential

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related discipline
n
- Minimum five years' post-qualification experience in clinical or consultative nutrition practice
n
- At least two years in a senior, supervisory, or mentoring capacity
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering nutrition consultations via telehealth or video platforms
n
- Strong working knowledge of evidence-based nutrition practice and the ability to critically appraise research
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present on camera and in group settings
n
- Working knowledge of regional Indian dietary patterns and practical experience adapting plans accordingly

Desirable

n

n
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Indian Dietetic Association
n
- Certification or demonstrable expertise in one or more of: metabolic health, PCOS, diabetes management, sports nutrition, or behaviour change
n
- Experience working with CRM systems, consultation platforms, and client-tracking applications
n
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or Marathi
n
