Role Summary

n

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and Tally ERP/Tally Prime, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
n
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
n
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and supporting schedules.
n
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities, including timely filing of returns.
n
- Prepare vendor and customer reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
n
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
n
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required documentation.
n
- Monitor receivables and payables to ensure smooth cash flow management.
n
- Process journal entries, expense accounting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
n
- Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
n
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, HR,



and Operations teams for finance-related activities.
n
- Support process improvements and maintain proper financial documentation.
n
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities.
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (BCom), Finance, or Accounting.
n
- MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
n
- 3–6 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
n
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
n
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
n
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
n

Compensation

n

- Take Home Salary: Up to Rs.55,000/- per month
