- Lead, mentor, and develop team managers, project leads, and offshore delivery teams

- Own workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management

- Drive performance improvement, employee engagement, and succession planning

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Act as the primary offshore operations contact for onshore stakeholders and leadership
n
- Lead governance meetings and present delivery performance, risks, and improvement plans
n
- Manage escalations end-to-end with timely resolution and transparent communication
n

n

Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement

n

n
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track delivery performance
n
- Drive process standardization, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
n
- Identify automation opportunities to improve productivity
n
- Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and quality standards
n

n

Reporting

n

n
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting on SLA adherence, delivery timelines, quality, utilization, and risks
n

n

Required Experience

n

n
- 12–16 years of overall experience in IT Operations, Delivery Management, Service Delivery, or Technology Delivery
n
- 6–8 years in a managerial or delivery leadership role,



specifically managing offshore teams reporting into onshore/global stakeholders
n
- Proven track record managing multiple projects/workstreams with governance and KPI accountability
n
- Experience handling delivery risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations
n
- Background in software development, technology services, or insurance technology
n

n

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration. MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
