AB Enterprises is expanding into Solar EPC and looking for an experienced Solar EPC Project Manager to lead our project execution.
Experience: 2–3+ years in Solar EPC / Site Execution
What we’re looking for:
• Hands-on experience in solar installation & EPC execution
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, modules, inverters, structures, DC/AC cabling and earthing
• Ability to manage complete projects from planning to commissioning & handover
• Experience handling technicians, electricians, installers and subcontractors
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings/layouts
• Strong site-level problem-solving and team-management skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites
Key: We need someone with real on-site Solar EPC experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
⏱️ Working hours will be task/project oriented, with complete ownership of assigned projects.
