Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
n
- Identify and research potential B2B prospects and decision-makers.
n
- Generate and qualify leads based on defined target customer profiles.
n
- Engage with prospects and understand their business requirements.
n
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
n
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM.
n
- Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple communication channels.
n
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.
n
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
n
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
n
- Stay updated on sales techniques, prospecting methods, and international business trends
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Strong confidence and willingness to speak with international prospects.
n




- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
n
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
n
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
n
- Good research and analytical skills.
n
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email communication, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
