- Compensation : INR 3 Lakhs to 5.00 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives(Depends on the Interview)

- Eligibility: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Freshers are welcome

Profile :Field Sales Executive

- Generate new customer leads through field activities.
n
- Meet prospective customers.
n
- Explain insurance products according to customer requirements.
n




- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
n
- Build long-term customer relationships.
n
- Maintain daily sales reports.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

n

- Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.
n
- Experience Level: 0 to 8 years of experience. Prior experience in sales advantageous but not mandatory.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
n
- Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Core Attributes: Quick learner, result-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
