Key Responsibilities

Facilities Operations

n

n
- Manage daily operations of office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
n
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems.
n
- Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
n
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services.
n
- Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution.
n

Vendor & Contract Management

n

n
- Manage facility service providers and contractors.
n
- Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
n
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.
n
- Verify vendor invoices and support payment processing.
n
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procurement policies.
n

Health, Safety & Compliance

n

- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian statutory requirements, including:
n
- State Shops & Establishments Act
n




- National Building Code (NBC)
n
- Fire and Life Safety regulations
n
- Local Fire Department requirements
n
- Pollution Control Board norms (where applicable)
n
- Electrical safety regulations
n
- Occupational health and safety requirements
n
- Coordinate fire drills, emergency response exercises, and evacuation planning.
n
- Support EHS audits and corrective action implementation.
n
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
n

Workplace Services

- Support office moves, seating arrangements, workplace projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
n
- Coordinate conference room management and workplace amenities.
n
- Ensure a positive employee workplace experience through proactive service delivery.

Financial Management

n

n
- Track operational expenses and support annual budget planning.
n
- Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
n
- Review purchase requests and maintain asset inventories.
n
- Prepare monthly reports on facility operations, expenses, and vendor performance.
