Job Description Develop and maintain Certification Exam Items to assess technical proficiency of the Now Platform.
n Map competencies in Certification Pools to terminal course objectives.
n Lead a training portfolio's Psychometric Analysis activities.
n Develop and maintain Certification Simulator Test Items.
n Develop and maintain Certification Test Prep eLearning videos.
n Develop and maintain Certification supporting documentation (e.g. Blueprints, course descriptions, and other specification docs).
n Develop and maintain Certification results reporting and analytics.
n Act as a liaison between the Certification and Curriculum Development teams.
n Establish relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop high quality and accurate Certification exam items and supporting assets.
n Adhere to timelines and schedules for product deliverables and maintain up to date and accurate project plans throughout the duration of the project.
n Review test items created by other item writers for quality and adherence to project standards and specifications.
n Pro-actively create/improve operational processes.
