Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US and UK clients .
n
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and professional resolutions.
n
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
n
- Handle customer complaints, requests, and escalations effectively.
n
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
n
- Maintain accurate customer information and update systems as required.
n
- Meet process-specific targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction .
n
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
n
- Maintain professionalism while communicating with international customers.
n

- Excellent verbal English communication skills .
