About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building solid relationships, and driving sales growth for cloud solutions and SaaS products. This role involves on-the-ground sales efforts, including client meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business success. Key responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to identify and meet potential customers within the assigned territory.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and customer referrals.
Present the company's products and services, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable solutions.




Negotiate with customers and close sales to achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Prepare sales reports, update customer information in the CRM, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Who we are looking for
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT SaaS, Cloud Solutions, or B2B Sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and nearby regions for client,
