: Store Executive – Electric Scooty Location: Delhi Position: Store Executive Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our electric scooty showroom/store in Delhi. The candidate will handle customers, vehicle enquiries, test rides, sales support, inventory, and basic store administration. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their electric scooty requirements.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, finance options, and warranty. Arrange and coordinate test rides for customers. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers. Support the sales process from enquiry to booking and delivery.

Maintain showroom/store cleanliness and vehicle display. Maintain records of vehicles, accessories, stock, bookings, and deliveries. Coordinate vehicle delivery and documentation with customers. Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.





Coordinate with the service/technical team for customer issues when required. Prepare daily sales and enquiry reports. Ensure proper handling and security of showroom vehicles and assets. Requirements1–3 years of experience in showroom, retail, automobile, EV, or sales operations preferred.

Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply. Positive communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp. Comfortable explaining products to customers and conducting follow-ups.

Two-wheeler driving licence preferred. Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles will be an advantage. Must be willing to work in a showroom environment in Delhi.
