Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Trade Dealer / Terminal Operator to execute trade orders on behalf of retail, HNI, or institutional clients. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in high-speed, accurate order punching using specialized trading terminals such as ODIN, NEST (Omnesys), or eXtreme. You should possess deep knowledge of market risk parameters, order management, and strict compliance with SEBI and NSE rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities & Job Roles
- Order Punching & Execution: Accurately execute buy/sell orders in Equities, Derivatives (F&O;), Commodities, and Currency markets on terminals like ODIN, NEST, or eXtreme during live market hours.
- Client Handling: Maintain communication with assigned clients/advisors, confirm orders, update trade books, and provide real-time market updates during trading sessions.
- Risk Management System (RMS): Monitor client margins, collateral values, and exposure limits prior to and during order placement. Handle auto-square-off conditions and stop-loss management strictly per internal RMS policies.
- Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Ensure 100% adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and MCX regulatory frameworks, including mandatory voice recording protocols, margin collection norms, and pre-trade confirmations.
- Post-Market Reconciliation: Perform daily trade book, order book,
and open position reconciliations to ensure zero errors or unmatched trades before market close.
Required Skills & Experience
- Work Experience: [Insert years, e.g., 2–6 years] of core dealing experience with a SEBI-registered stockbroker, wealth management firm, or proprietary trading desk.
- Software Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience in ODIN, NEST/Omnesys, or eXtreme software. Quick keyboard skills with minimal order entry error rates.
- Certifications (Mandatory):
- NISM Series VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification (Mandatory)
- NISM Series VA / I / I-A: Currency/Mutual Funds/Investment Adviser certifications (Preferred)
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Equity markets, Options strategies (Greeks, Straddles, Spreads), Futures, Market orders vs. Limit orders, Bracket/Cover orders, and Stop-Loss mechanisms.
Working Hours & Compensation
- Working Hours: Align with standard market hours ([e.g., 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday], including pre-market setup and post-market trade reconciliation).
- Salary & Compensation: Negotiable as per market standards (Best in industry; commends higher range based on candidate experience, track record, and technical assessment during the interview).
Pay: ₹8,433.05 - ₹51,012.42 per month
