Role Description The Startup Co Founder and Investor is a full-time, remote role responsible for helping define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and growth roadmap. Day-to-day work includes conducting market and customer research, validating product ideas, and collaborating on product development and prioritization.

The role involves building and managing relationships with customers and partners, supporting fundraising activities, and contributing capital or resources where appropriate. This position also includes developing go-to-market plans, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and establishing operational processes that enable sustainable growth. As a co-founder,



the individual will work closely with other founders to make key business decisions, monitor performance metrics, and adapt strategy as the company evolves.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills for evaluating markets, products, financial models, and business performance.
- Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with co-founders, presenting to investors, and engaging customers.
- Proficiency in sales-related activities, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Experience with marketing, including brand positioning, digital campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Research skills for gathering and interpreting customer, competitor, and industry insights.
- Prior startup, entrepreneurial, or founding experience is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and working across time zones.
- Ability to take ownership, operate in uncertainty, and make informed decisions with limited data.
- Background in business, technology, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent practical experience is valued.
- Willingness and capacity to invest financially or contribute significant sweat equity to the venture.
