Role Description The Staff Nurse role is a full-time, on-site position based at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital in Mulund, Mumbai.

The Staff

Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals, preparing patients for procedures, assisting in examinations,



and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves supporting patients and families through clear communication, education on care plans, and compassionate, person-centered care.

Nurse is expected to contribute to a team-oriented team environment and uphold the hospital’s standards of quality, ethics, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Relevant nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) from a recognized institution and valid registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
