Job Summary

We are looking for a Staff Nurse to provide secure and compassionate patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support doctors and the healthcare team in delivering quality clinical services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per the treatment plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures, examinations, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and clinical documentation.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Maintain proper infection-control and hand-hygiene practices.
- Follow medication safety and patient-safety protocols.
- Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the patient-care area.




- Handle and maintain nursing equipment and supplies.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medication, treatment, diet, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic life-support measures as trained.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and professional ethics.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Relevant hospital experience preferred.
- Good communication, clinical skills, teamwork, and patient-care attitude.
